Charlottesville Blues FC creates meaningful opportunities for young players to learn, compete, and progress within a hometown club environment. From a player’s first Blues camp through advanced summer-team and PRO23 opportunities, every program is designed with purpose.

BLUES SECOND TEAMS
College-coach-led summer development and regional competition for high-level men and women, with a direct connection to the Charlottesville Blues FC First Teams. Eligible players may attend open tryouts for consideration.

BLUES U19 & U17 TEAMS
Competitive summer training and matches for ambitious boys and girls. Open tryouts are available to eligible players; no invitation is required. Roster offers follow staff evaluation.

SUMMER CAMPS
Four high-energy evenings per camp week, combining age-appropriate skill development, small-sided competition, and direct interaction with current Blues first-team players. Open to boys and girls of all experience levels.

PRIVATE TRAINING
Focused 60-minute sessions for individuals or small groups of two to four players. Training is designed around each player’s goals, position, strengths, and developmental needs.

MORE THAN A SINGLE PROGRAM
Players can connect with the Blues at different stages based on their age, experience, and goals. Camps and private training are not prerequisites for team tryouts. Advancement depends on staff evaluation, team needs, and applicable league requirements.
