CHARLOTTESVILLE BLUES FC ESTABLISHED 2023
Founded in 2023, Charlottesville Blues FC is proud to be the first and only professional soccer franchise in West Central Virginia. Located in Charlottesville, Virginia, and home to the historic University of Virginia, we offer aspiring Men’s and Women’s soccer players an opportunity to launch their professional soccer careers.
We have two first teams: USL 2 for Men and USL W for Women. We play in the Chesapeake Division of the USL Eastern Conference.
Charlottesville Blues FC is proud to have players signed for USL Championship teams, Richmond Kickers and Rhode Island FC. Former Blues players have represented US Soccer Youth National Teams, Canadian National Teams, Jamaican National Teams, Lebanese Women’s National Teams, NCAA Division 1 Men’s and Women’s Herman Trophy Finalists, and more.
CHARLOTTESVILLE BLUES FC IS A TOP PROFESSIONAL ENVIRONMENT!
We also offer USL PRO23 (reserve teams) and USL Academy teams. Roster spots are filled by coaching staff scouting and recruitment, as well as our annual Open Tryouts. Players scouted and recruited may be asked to tryout or attend team training at any time during the season.
