Brian Krow is an EMMY® nominated producer, entrepreneur, and visionary leader with a proven track record of innovation across sports, media, and entertainment. As the co-owner of Charlottesville Blues FC, a USL franchise competing in USL W and USL Two, Krow leverages his extensive expertise in branding, storytelling, and business strategy to drive the club’s growth and success both on and off the pitch.
In anticipation of the 2026 World Cup, Krow launched MatchDay3D.com, a cinematic platform delivering Matterport-powered 3D tours of stadiums, sponsor activations, and match day experiences across North America—giving fans everywhere an all-access pass to the game.
Krow’s career is defined by his ability to create transformative experiences that connect audiences and brands. During his EMMY® tenure with ABC’s Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, Krow served as a driving force behind the show’s unprecedented success, including its groundbreaking soccer-themed episode featuring MLS and David Beckham—the most-watched episode in the show’s history. His innovative approach to sponsorship and marketing led to the creation of the “trade-out for exposure” system, a model adopted across major networks and cable programming that revolutionized how brands integrate into entertainment.
As the Founder of Krow Media, an award-winning immersive media company, Krow continues to redefine storytelling by blending cutting-edge technology with creative vision. His agency has delivered transformative campaigns across a wide range of industries, from working with U.S. Navy SEALs down range to Fortune 500 companies and local businesses, earning a reputation for crafting powerful narratives that engage and inspire.
Brian Kuk is a seasoned soccer executive and entrepreneur. As one of the few Americans to be involved in soccer throughout his career, Kuk’s youth career evolved with the nationally prominent Oakwood Soccer Club (CT). It included the USYS (United States Youth Soccer) National Championship and an Indoor National Championship, and is also a 5-time CJSA (Connecticut Junior Soccer Association) State Championship, a 3-time Regional Champion, a 3x ODP Regional Team Player, and a 3x US National Pool Player. In 1991, Kuk captained the winning U-17 CJSA State ODP team to the Region I Championship title, under the now Head Coach of the University of Maryland, Sasho Cirovski. Kuk was named Connecticut High School Player of the Year in 1992 and won two Connecticut High School State Championships. Collegiately, Kuk had a standout career at historic NCAA Division I Hartwick College under legendary Head Coach Jim Lennox. Professionally, Kuk played for the A-League Connecticut Wolves and the USISL NY Capital District Alleycats before moving into entrepreneurship and growing the game at the youth level. Kuk now leads 501 (c) (3) non-profit soccer leagues and clubs, has started multiple successful businesses, and sits on numerous Boards while maintaining a genuine passion to help grow the game of soccer at all levels.
With over 25 years of coaching experience, he holds the US Soccer National ‘A’ Professional Soccer Coach, Premier Diploma, Director of Coaching Diploma, and Advanced National Goalkeeping Diploma from the United Soccer Coaches (formerly National Soccer Coaches Association of America). As a Head Coach, Kuk has won two CJSA State Championships and one VYSA State Championship. As a 20-year Olympic Development Program (ODP) Head Coach, Kuk guided the CJSA U16 Boys to the Region I Championship and the VYSA U16 Boys to the Region I Finals.
Today, as co-owner of Charlottesville Blues FC, Krow applies his entrepreneurial spirit and storytelling expertise to elevate the club’s profile, foster fan engagement, and develop community-driven initiatives. His commitment to innovation and excellence positions the Blues as a leader within the USL ecosystem, inspiring a new generation of players and fans.

As a Business Management & Administration major with a concentration in Accounting, Kuk brings a results-driven, performance-based approach to leadership and has established himself as a forward-thinking business operator known for innovation and execution.
As the Founder of the National Clubs Alliance (NCA), a national youth sports business alliance and developmental consortium, Kuk continues to help youth sports organizations develop from within by saving money through turnkey gold-standard strategic partnerships (e.g., Adidas North America).
Kuk is Executive Director for Club Champions League, Inc., and Executive Manager for Charlottesville Alliance SC, both 501 (c) (3) non-profit organizations. Before these positions, Kuk held the prominent Director of Coaching and Player Development role at the Soccer Organization of Charlottesville-Albemarle (SOCA), helping the club win its first VYSA (Virginia Youth Soccer Association) State Championships and guiding and developing over 100 players to NCAA Division 1, 2, 3, and NAIA playing opportunities. Former local players under Kuk that have gone on to see tremendous success are Matt Lawrey, Atlanta United 1st Team Assistant Coach, Emmett Rutkowski, Head Coach of NCAA Division 1 Stetson University, Carl Carpenter, Lead Performance Analyst at Manchester United Women, Emily Perrin, Wellness & Performance Coach for top Universities around the country, to name a few.
Today, as co-owner of Charlottesville Blues FC, Kuk has helped bring professional soccer to the doorstep of the Charlottesville community. He also currently sits on the USL W Executive Board. By establishing a high-impact strategic vision to attract top soccer talent locally, regionally, and nationally, Charlottesville Blues FC helps inspire and accelerate the dreams of Charlottesville youth soccer players while providing soccer enthusiasts and fans with a once-in-a-lifetime connection to professional soccer right in their backyard.
